Carl Parman has been an assistant coach at three different high schools, in three sports since college. In recent years, he has been at South Shelby serving as Defensive Coordinator for the football team and Kent O’Laughlin’s assistant on the basketball side. Last week, Parman was named as Coach O’Laughlin’s successor to lead the Cardinals’ Boys Basketball program:
