Moberly jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead on touchdown runs of 21 by Ka’Von Tiger, six yards by Kish Jacobs, Junior and a 76-yard burst by Jackson Engel. Moberly took its biggest lead of 42-14 on a Keegan Graves four-yard run in the third quarter. McRoberts scored a pair of touchdowns sandwiched around the Wildcats’ second successful recovery of an onsides kick to cut the lead to 42-28. Wright City forced Moberly’s only punt of the night and put back-to-back scores on the board to make it a one-score game with 1:44 left and had two timeouts. The Spartans recovered the onsides kick and converted a pair of first downs to run out the clock.

Moberly rushed for just over 400 yards and had seven different players score. Tiger led the rushing attack with 166 yards. McRoberts finished unofficially with 289 yards rushing on 30 carries and caught three passes for 69 yards. The Wildcats finish the season 5-6.
