Coming off back-to-back 8-3 seasons under coach Andrew Baxley, Westran football will have a new look after graduating a talented senior class. A familiar face, though, will guide the Hornets in senior quarterback Gage Adler.
All-Conference linebacker Brody Kallmeyer is back and Baxley believes the team’s strength will be at the line. Last year’s senior class included All-Conference players Marshall Kitchen, Cooper Harvey, Korbin Perry, Connor Haynes, Sam Harlan and Jack Harlan. That leaves the Hornets with plenty of opportunities.
You can hear more from Baxley and other NEMO Pressbox football coaches on our preview show Tuesday, August 26th starting at 6.
