Following the graduation of Trace Combs, Kadyn Weldon will be stepping up as the quarterback of the Harrisburg Bulldogs for coach Brennan Claas this season.
Harrisburg returns five All-Conference players in wide receiver Rylee Robinson, running backs Caleb Sager and Victor Shouse as well as linemen Jonathan Darwent and Bender Wardrip. The Bulldogs won five in-a-row after a 2-5 start last season before falling to Tipton 42-36 in a back-and-forth district title game.
Harrisburg opens the season with two road games against CCC opponents South Shelby and Clark County.
You can hear more from Claas and other NEMO Pressbox football coaches on our preview show Tuesday, August 26th starting at 6.
