The Moberly Area Technical Center’s first two Registered Youth Apprentices were recognized with a signing event at Moberly Motors Wednesday. Justin Dowling and Preston Cunningham are both seniors, and getting on-the-job training in collision repair at Moberly Motors. In September, MATC became official sponsors of the Registered Youth Apprenticeship program, one of 60 school districts providing opportunities to about 600 students.
